Ifö Sanitär AB keramikos gamybą pradėjo 1887 metais. Todėl Ifö drąsiai galima vadinti pionieriumi vonios įrangos gamyboje Šiaurės Europoje. Ir vienas iš pagrindinių sėkmės „variklių“ – inovatyvumas vandens taupymo srityje. Šiai dienai Ifö pristato naujos kartos unitazų serijas: Ifö Sign ir Ifö Sign Art. Šiuose unitazuose vandens nuleidimas gamykloje nustatytas 2/4 litrai. Kai tuo tarpu daugelis kitų gamintojų siūlo 3/6 l.
Be vandens taupančio mechanizmo yra ir kitų sprendimų, apie kuriuos daugelis naudotojų net nesusimąsto rinkdamiesi unitazą, bet labai vertina juo naudodamiesi.
